What documents are required for a Polish boat registration?

During the online registration process for a Polish boat registration, we require the following documents:
Scan of the owners passport or ID card
If the yacht is owned by a company we require a copy of the company documents (not older than 1 year)
Scan of the purchase agreement / sale contract / bill of sale / invoice
Picture of the CE Design Category Plate, if applicable
Picture of the Hullnumber, if applicable
Picture of the engine plate
For vessels above 15 meters, the CE Declaration of Conformity
In case your yacht is over 15 meters long it is mandatory to have it inspected by the Polish inspectorate to have the safety certificate issued. The costs for the inspection are not included in our offer and must be requested separately.
